Please fill out the form below to request public records online.

Requests for photographs or 911 recordings can be requested by mailing a separate request along with a self-addressed stamped CD envelope and $3.00.

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office has adopted file room hours.

Requests will be processed Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4 PM (time permitting).

Click Here to Download the Public Records Request Form. This form may be filled out at any time, and when the request has been processed, the requester will be notified. After receiving notification the requester will have 10 days to pick up the requested records.

The reports can be mailed, if a self addressed stamped envelope is included with the request.
